COVID19 Info // What's happening here.

Hello everyone,

Like you, we've been in lockdown for a week now, with our teams working from home. We're all affected by what's happening, and Surprise is on the front lines.

Since Thursday, March 19, to protect the health of its employees, our logistics company ARES has decided to close its doors. A decision that we fully support. We must all do our part, and the more we respect a strict containment framework, the more we increase our chances of emerging from this crisis quickly. In this way, we fully support the fight led by caregivers and all healthcare stakeholders. So, we applaud at the windows at 8 p.m. , and we stay home :)

Concretely, what does that mean at SURPRISE?

- The e-shop remains open and we continue to take orders

- Delivery will be made as soon as our warehouse reopens . For now, we can only tell you that it will be closed for two weeks. We will keep you informed here or by Newsletter as soon as we have a date. In any case, your orders are safe, the swimsuits, T-shirts and Sweatshirts are still as beautiful as ever and they will be at your home soon.

On another note, what we can tell you is that the situation is obviously tense but we have solutions.

Tense because Surprise is expanding and we had to deliver to a large number of retailers this summer. A large part of them are closed and we have little visibility.

The good news is that we now have stock for the e-shop and time to concoct some beautiful things for the upcoming collections:

- Our pre-order campaign for the launch of La Femme on Ulule

- The next collection where we are working on jackets, shirts and our first pants!

Finally, what we wanted to say is that now is the time to support us. We're a young brand, and these are obviously pivotal moments. So share as much as possible, talk about us, and above all, take care of yourself.
